Key Responsibilities:
- Application Development & Maintenance:
Design, develop, and maintain clean, efficient, and well-documented code for web or mobile applications. - Bug Identification & Resolution:
Diagnose and fix bugs in existing codebases to enhance application performance and reliability. - Team Collaboration:
Work in close coordination with senior developers, UI/UX designers, and product managers to deliver quality features. - Testing & Debugging:
Perform unit and integration testing to ensure functionality and stability across platforms. - Version Control:
Manage code efficiently using Git or similar version control systems. - Code Standards & Best Practices:
Follow industry best practices, coding standards, and maintain clear documentation throughout the development process. - Continuous Learning:
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and be adaptable to evolving project needs. - Code Reviews:
Participate in peer code reviews, both giving and receiving constructive feedback to maintain high-quality code.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Education:
B.E./B.Tech/MCA or equivalent in Computer Science or a related discipline. - Experience:
0 to 1 year of hands-on experience, including internships and academic projects. - Technical Skills:
- Proficient in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript, C++)
- Familiar with front-end frameworks like React or Angular
- Exposure to back-end technologies such as Node.js or Django
- Basic understanding of databases like MySQL or MongoDB
- Comfortable using Git and development tools like VS Code or any standard IDE
- Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn
- Effective communication and a collaborative attitude
